Dear Mr. Nedeau:
Per your request I have reviewed the file on your property at 1955 Heritage Drive. On
January 27, 2003 the city council granted a variance to Sun State Concepts build a new
home on a portion of the existing foundation. The resolution was signed by Todd Gorr.
On 2-7-03 a building pern�it was issued to Sun State Concepts for the work, the
application was signed by Todd Gorr. Two mechanical and a sewer and water perniit
were issued under the name of Todd Gorr as the property owner. On five inspection
records the contractor was listed as Sun State Concepts.
It is clear to the city and the inspection staff that Todd Gorr, Sun State Concepts is the
contractor of record for the construction of your home. If I can be of further assistance,
