COIINCIL ACTION - MOTION:
To approve per the findings and conditions of the resolution
previously mailed to you.
Please note upon filing of a building permit application, the penalty
fee payment of $175.00 should be submitted to the City as directed by the
Council.
Please have your contactor or agent contact the building department to
determine what types of information will be necessary in filing your after-
the-fact building permit application for construction of deck (Lyle Oman or
Bruce Vang at 473-7357 ) .
Please arrange to sign the 3 original resolution copies at the City
Offices (Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). A1 1 persons with an
interest in the property must sign the resolutions.
