Re: Residential Use in a Commercial Building
Dear Bill:
This letter is to conf'um our conversation of July 2, 1993 regarding the residential use at your
commercial building at 2160 Wayzata Blvd. As stated in a letter from the City on May 17,
1993, the building is located in a B-6 Zoning District that does not allow residential use. This
means anywhere on the property, basement or main floor. Also to meet the requirements of the
building code, you would be required to provide a bedroom egress window, smoke detectors and
minunum exiting and light and ventilation requirements would have to be met along with
numerous other code requirements. As we discussed, the City will allow one week for the
person to relocate. If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal action. If you have
any questions, feel free to contact me at my office.
Sincerely,
 ^-

RE: Vehicle for sale on 2120 Wayzata Blvd.
Dear Mr. Wear:
A site inspection on April 30, 1997 revealed that a vehicle "for sale" was located on 2120 Wayzata
Blvd. and a notice was left on the vehicle indicating that it is a violation of City Ordinances. The
vehicle is still "far sale" on your property, per an inspection on May 6, 1997. The vehicle must be
removed by May 12, 1997 or the City will proceed with legal action.
Please contact me at the City Offices if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
