Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ryerse:
Your neighbors at 1495 Green Trees Rd (Jim and Judy Brass) and 1515 Green Trees Rd (Barbara Burwell)
have requested a meeting with Orono Planning staff to discuss a potential project involving
rearrangement of the common lot line between their properties. Because your property is adjacent to
the properties you may have interest in the project; therefore, the City would like to extend an
invitation to you to attend this meeting.
They have scheduled this meeting for Tuesday,August 16t''at 3:30 at the City offices. If you wish to
attend but find the date and/or time is not convenient for you we can offer an alternate of August 17tn
at 2pm.
