Native grasses should be installed to filter run-off landward of the rip rap. A certificate of survey is required for Outlot D. The survey should reflect the planting plan, including details about the type, size and location. Remember to include native grasses lakeward of the rip rap on your planting plan. I'm disappointed to hear the silt fence has not been installed yet. This needs to be done immediately as more rain is expected this week. IF you are no longer proposing a berm or any other land alterations(grading, filling or excavating), no topography is necessary. Please have the survey company stake the property boundaries and prepare a registered land survey. A copy of the survey should reflect your final planting plan, including details about the number,type, size and location including native grasses lakeward of the rip ra p. Submit the above with the zoning permit application. Please note,an after-the-fact, double application fee will apply.
