We have reviewed the as-built grading plan for 3355 Graham Hill Road dated 8-31-10. We have
the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The as-built grading plan shows that proposed grades were generally followed and
intended drainage patterns were achieved.
• This as-built grading plan is acceptable from an engineering standpoint.
