I will approve it with the change: • Drainage on the south side of the property needs to be maintained on their own property. It currently appears to be draining on the neighboring property. With minor grading changes it can be kept within 3340 Graham Hill Rd. I have approved it with the attached change. Also, there are retaining walls which appear under 4' in height. As a precautionary note: • I will be doing an as-built survey and any wall over 4' in height or tiered walls over 4' in total height and not separated by 2x the height of the wall (measured from the face of the upper wall to the back of the lower wall) need to have engineered plans and specifications. This is not currently required based on the approved plan, but will be required if a future inspection shows they are not in compliance. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
