The City is in receipt of your pool permit application which was received by this office on March 30, 2012.
After our cursory review, we find your application incomplete.
The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete
and for the ptan review to continue:
1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide finro (2) scaled, full size certificate of survey meeting the City's
survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the existing house and proposed accessory
structure, showing current and proposed topography as well as all existing structures including
retaining walls.
2. Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or review by the City's
engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to
guarantee reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans.
Additionally this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion
control and stormwater. We currently hold an escrow agreement for the construction of the new
home. We don't require any additional funds at this time, just the signatures of the property owne�
on the updated escrow agreement which now includes the pool permit number.

show a small structure SW of the end of the pool. What is this structure for? I would assume it is the mechanical
equipment for the pool, but this structure is not labeled as to what it is.
