We received the as-built survey dated June 5, 2012, which you dropped off on June 5, 2012. Our engineer
has reviewed the survey and visited the site. Please have the survey updated to address his observations and
re-submit. Also, please note, we do not have a septic as-built yet either.
A certificate of occupancy will not be issued until the above two items are received and approved.

Christine,
I have reviewed the as-built drawings and the following should be updated on the as-builts:
• The as-built does not show the deck in the back of the house.
Items to note which may not affect the acceptance of the as-built drawings are the following:
• Retaining walls on the road side (NE) and south side of the house were added but were not shown on the
approved grading plan.
• The driveway configuration was changed to where the driveway extends further SW than in the approved
grading plan.

In the file there is a memo which references engineered plans and design for the retaining wall which is over 4' in height,
but I could not find the actual drawings and plans for the wall. We should get a copy of this.
