The plan is dated 12-21-11. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • The as-built plan does not show enough elevation detail to determine if the approved plan was constructed. • Spot elevations showing drainage patterns near the new garage should be provided with the next submittal. The city should either field verify drainage patterns shown on the submitted plan or require a new plan that provides elevations representing the drainage arrows.
