Dear Melanie:
We have reviewed the as-built grading plan for the house addition at 3300 Graham Hill Road. The plan is
dated 12-21-11. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The as-built plan does not show enough elevation detail to determine if the approved plan was
constructed.
• Spot elevations showing drainage patterns near the new garage should be provided with the next
submittal.

dated 3-2-12. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The plan does not clearly show that runoff is managed within the property. The city should either field
verify drainage patterns shown on the submitted plan or require a new plan that provides elevations
representing the drainage arrows.
