The above referenced property is zoned RR — 1 B, One Family Rural Residential District,
requiring a minimum lot size of 2.0 acres and 200' of width at the street right-of-way.
Principal building setback requirements are 50' from the front property line, 50' from the
rear property line and 30' on the interior sides.
Lot 2, Block 2 appears to exceed the 2 acre requirement at 2.4 acres and also appears
to exceed the width with approximately 400' of width at the road. The use of the
