Any engineering or legal fees over $500 are to be paid by the applicant. I have attached a copy of the building permit application for your reference. In July 2009, $164.00 was billed to the City for building permit application 2009-00332, 3235 Graham Hill Road and in September 2010 the City was billed $246.00. To this point you have not received any invoices, because those two invoices did not exceed the $500. In January 2011, Bonestroo incurred another $164.00 for review of the final piece of information needed for the as-built review. In February you will be receiving an invoice for $74.00. You can either wait for the invoice to arrive and then pay the amount due. Once we receive the check we will process the escrow refund at the next council meeting (all expenditures need council approval).
