Hi Christine,
All the finish grading, landscaping, sidewalks, downspouts/gutters, and seeding were installed by the
homeowners and we're not part of our(Everlast's) contract. The homeowners installed all the storm drains and
berms on the north side of the property. Please contact them to address your concerns.

An as-built survey was submitted and our engineer noted it appeared that the proposed swale on the north side
of the house was not installed. A site visit was performed today and the inspector noted the drainage along the
north side appears to be directing water to the neighboring property to the north:
• The down spouts on the north side of the house are directed to the neighboring property to the north. They
must be modified.
• There are storm drains on the north side of the property, not shown on the survey. It appears the storm
drains are not functioning properly due to the current topography. The storm drains should be shown on the
survey with outlet locations.
A berms was created along the north property line adjacent to a fence. The survey doesn't reflect either. The
north side of the property should be re-graded according to the approved plan or in such a way to ensure water
from this property does not flow on to the neighboring property to the north. Berms within 5-feet of the

property line are not allowed without a Conditional Use Permit; Reference City Code Sections 78-966 to 78-
968. The berm must be removed. After grading changes have occurred, please submit an updated as-built
survey showing modifications to the topography, the storm drain location(s) and outlet(s)/termination(s).
