Sean,
A Certificate of Occupancy was issued on 2-2-2016 for 761 Bridgewater Drive. There are open inspections on 763
Bridgewater Drive so a CO cannot be issued at this time. The as-built survey has been approved for 761 &763
Bridgewater Drive but the escrow will not be refunded until the CO has been issued for 763 Bridgewater Drive.
