I received the latest as-built survey submitted this week. However, it appears to be the same as the previous as-built
grading plan with select drainage arrows added. Therefore 1'm resending the 9-30-1i letter so our Engineer's comments
can be addressed.
See attached. Please revise the site grading to meet the approved permit plan dated 01/26/11 and submit a revised as-
built for our review.

We have reviewed the as-built plans for 3215 Graham Hill Road. The plan is dated 9-20-11. We
have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• Grading should be revised to the approved grading plan dated 1-26-11. It shows a berm
and swale in the northeast area of the lot directing runoff to the south portion of the lot.
The swale greatly reduces the amount of runofF going to the neighboring properly.
