It has come to our attention that you have framed and insulated the structure at 3205 Graham Hill Road (with
satisfactory inspections by our inspector). However, a foundation survey was not submitted for approval prior
to commencing framing as your permit requires. Please submit an as-built foundation survey before Friday,
December 7, 2012 or a stop work order will be posted on the property.
Please note, the purpose of the foundation survey prior to framing is to assure that the building is compliant
with the permit and all required setbacks. If the TOF elevation or the home location is not compliant with city
codes, corrections will be required.
