The original site or the alternate site has been disturbed by the driveway & is no longer available for use. The existing system was repaired on 9-3-2002. The system was hydraulically overloaded. An additional 225 sq.ft. of trench was added along with a Type, 1 V pre-treatment unit, Multi-Flo to re-hab the system. The system is no longer hydraulically overloaded. If the system would fail in the future, the existing system would be removed to approximately 6" below the rock trenches � replace with washed sand and install a Type 111, pressurized seepage bed. The existing tanks would remain the same. This means the alternate site will be the footprint of the existing trench system. Soil probing the area north of the pond is not suitable for an on-site sewage treatment system due to fill soil, compacted soil 8� 50' wetland setback. Steven B.
