1285 French Creek Drive
The City received a building permit application for a 12'x20' shed to be constructed at
1285 French Creek Drive. The above referenced property is located within the RR-1 B
zoning district. When reviewing your submitted plans your project is not clearly defined. It
appears that your proposal to construct the shed in the rear of the property. One of the
requirements for this type of permit is that a revised Certificate of Survey conducted by a
Licensed Surveyor be submitted meeting all of the City's survey standards. Those survey
standards are attached. You have submitted an outdated, non-scaled survey containing
your hand sketched proposal. This does not meet our survey requirements. Additionally,
there are potential wetland regulations and wetland buffer triggers associated with the
project. Please review the attached information sheet regarding Construction near a
Wetland and follow the instructions provided.
Please submit a certificate of survey meeting our survey requirements as well wetland
information if applicable in order for our review of your permit to continue.
