Dear Mr. Schuhler:
Michael Hilbelink, a resident of the City of Orono, has asked that I write this letter to your attention
asking that you release Outlot A, Peterman 2nd Addition (33-118-23 43 0016), a tax delinquent
property for sale for payment of delinquent taxes owed against the property. Mr. Hilbelink
represents the homeowners association of Peterman 2nd Addition. The City Assessor, Rolf
Erickson,has been advised to reclassify property under a K Classification disbursing real estate ta�ces
amongst benefitting land owners served by existing and future private roads.
Please contact my ofFce if you need additional information or more formal action on the part of the
City to release the properly for sale.
