I have left you VM message. Attached is a partial copy of the Wetland Buffer Replacement Plan dated 8-29-2006 and
approved with the plat of Glendale Cove. Please show the buffer impact area and the 35' Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District (MCWD) buffer on the survey. If grading is proposed in the 35' MCWD Wetland Buffer the MCWD will need to
approve the grading and guide the restoration if it is allowed.

Any information on this project seeing how they were never pay by the developer's on this project. So I don't know what
avenue to pursue
On this one. Pete Scherer had the wetlands re-delineated, if we are not allowed to grade into wetland setback this lot
would be unbuildable
