Naresh,
As you recall we issued a final certificate of occupancy for 2335 Glendale Cove Lane but are holding the
$2,500 in escrow until the following outstanding items have been addressed/completed:
• Remove sod from the wetland buffer area and establish native vegetation within the buffer. This
must be inspected and approved by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) prior to
release of escrow.
• Wetland Buffer signage to be moved to the correct locations, inspected and approved by the
MCWD.
• Curb repairs. Two of the curbs in front of the property were cracked during construction and must
be repaired or replaced.
The above items (except for the curb repair) are also noted in the inspection report sent to you by the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District in November, copy attached.
Once the weather permits, please address the above items. After the above items have been corrected
and verified we will refund the escrow money. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any
