<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. 6703 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />JIM CORNICK, JR. <br />FOR 2 YEARS OF SERVICE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jim Cornick, Jr., has served this community with distinction <br />for the past 2 years as a member of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jim’s years of service have been in the best interests of the <br />community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jim has worked on the County Road 112 Turnback <br />Committee, Navarre Community Initiative and other improvement projects; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the performance of Jim’s duties and responsibilities as a <br />member of the City Council have been characterized as constructive contributions <br />to the community. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to Jim <br />Cornick, Jr., for his service to the community and for the respectable manner in <br />which he has carried out his duties and responsibilities. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby <br />extend to Jim Cornick, Jr. best wishes for continued success in future endeavors. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 12th day of December, 2016. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ ____________________________ <br />Diane Tiegs, City Clerk Jessica Loftus, City Administrator
