The 2330 Glendale Cove Lane property is regulated by the RPUD documents and uses a Floor Area Calculation (FAR)
rather than our standard number of stories calculation —which is based on the first fioor elevation. However please be
advised, for any other property/project in the City we would need to re-evaluate the calculation. This is an analysis that
should be done before pouring the walis to avoid complications.

Lyle: This morning we had our field crew check the placement of the foundation forms for Lot 4, Block 1, Glendale Cove
and found them to be in the same position as shown on our 6-2-11 survey. Joe McPherson also informed me that they are
using higher walls than indicated on our survey keeping the same basement elevation but raising the garage and top of
foundation by about 10 inches. Since the proposed driveway grade is quite flat I see no problem with this. If you need us
to revise the survey to reflect this, let me know.
