However please be advised, for any other property/project in the City we would need to re-evaluate the calculation. This is an analysis that should be done before pouring the walis to avoid complications. Thanks! Joe McPherson also informed me that they are using higher walls than indicated on our survey keeping the same basement elevation but raising the garage and top of foundation by about 10 inches. Since the proposed driveway grade is quite flat I see no problem with this. If you need us to revise the survey to reflect this, let me know. �
