Dear Melanie:
We have reviewed the as built plans for 2330 Glendale Cove Lane. The plans are dated 9-28-11.
We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The as-built plan needs to show contours on the adjacent properties to fully evaluate the
changes from the approved grading plan dated 6-2-11.
• The proposed drainage swales north and south of the house appear to be missing.
However, they may have been shifted to the lot lines which would be acceptable.
• If the additional information shows runoff crossing lot lines, grading revisions may be
necessary.
