y'ears, aftex which such doctunents may be discaxded or destroyed by the Comxnittee.
Section 7. Owne�r's Remedv. Zn the event that the Comm�,ittee shall fail to discharge its
obli�atioz�s under Artic�e III of this Declaratioz�,then any Qvvr�ex of a Lot may bring a�n,acti.on to
caznpel th�disck�arge of said obligations. Such an actxon shall be the exclusive reznedy of axiy
Owner for failure of the Comrnittee to disch�rge such ob�xgations and neither the Committee nor

compAtible ruith the Real Propezty'an.d ot�er Impro�ements thexeon.It is the duty and
respolisibility solely of each Ownez�to employ an architecf or other qualified person to desi�n t��e
Dwellin�Unit atid any Tzuprovements and atxy requested znodifications in a sa�e and
az'chitectural]�r sound manner.Each Owner of any inte�rest in a Lot,and such Or+v�er's heus,
successors and assigns waives atzy ri�ht to claim dama�ges from the Comxnittee,its members, or
