NOW, THEREFORE: 1. The property owner shail inspect the stormwater retention and treatment basin(s)at a minimum of onee a year#o dctermine if the basin's retention and trealrnenC characteristiGs are adequate. A starage treatment basin will be considered inadequate if sediment has decreased the wet storage volurne by %�of its origrnal design volume. Based on this inspection, if tk�e storrnwater basin�s)is identifec�for sediment clear�.out, the property owner shal] restvre the basin(s)to its origi�ai design contours within ane y�ar of the inspeotion date, 2.
