Hi Dave,
The address that we are discussing is in the LR-1 B zoning district. Attached is a Residential Accessory
Buildings information sheet that should be helpful when looking at placement and size of a detached garage.
Other attachments that should be helpful to you are: survey requirements, hardcover requirements and
calculations.
The only copy of a survey we have is from 1990, showing existing home and proposed new home. It looks like
there have been a couple of addition/remodel permits pulled since then, so a new survey would be necessary.
I'm in tomorrow afternoon and all day on Friday if you have additional questions.
