A5SESSMENT ROLL
WH�REAS, the property owner has petitioned for an assessment sanitary setiver
project and has sigi�ed an assessinent �vaiver, �vaiving all applicable assessnient procedural
requirenlents, and requestin` to be assessed for project costs for the 1220 Garden Court SanitarY
Sewer Extension in�provei��ents.

Miiulesota:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
lzereby accepted and shall constitute the specill assessnlent against the lands named therein,
an�l each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the assessnzent levied against it.
2. Such assessmeut shall be payaUle in equal�iuZual installnlents e�tending over a period of 15
years, the first of the installments to Ue payable on or before the first Moiiday in January
2004 and shall Uear interest at the rate of 6,25% per aiulum froin the date of the adoption of
this assessinent resolution. To the first insiallment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment fi�om the date of this resolution until Deceniber 31, 2005. To each subsequent
installment tivhen due shall be added interest for one year on 111 unpaid installinents.
3, The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessinent on such property,with
interest accrued to the date of payment,to the City Treasurer,except that no interest shall be
clzarged if the entire assessment is paid within thirty (30) days from the adoption of tllis
resolution; and he may, at anytime thereafter,pay to the City Treasurer the entire amount of
the assessment remainiilg unpaid,with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which
such payinent is made. Sucl�payment rnust be made before Noveinber I S or interest will be
charged through December 31 of tlie next succeeding year. Partial prepaynlent may be
allowed in accordance with ordinances whiclz are eYisting or which the City may choose to
adopt in the future.

4. The Clerlc shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Auditor to be eatended on the property tax lists of the County. Such assessments sl�all be
collected and paid over in tlle sanze maiuzer as other nlunicipal taxes.
