Dear Dennis:
I have enclosed the check oringianly sent to the City with
your letter dated November 7, 1988. In reveiwing the files for
your subdivision application the original expiration date of
August 11, 1987 may appear to the Council to be too great an
extention. I would like an opportunity to discuss your request
with the City Administrator in light of the circumstances for
your delay in completing the final plat application. If the
City Administrator suggests that we proceed with the final plat
approval, I will schedule the application for final approval as
soon as all other final submittals are received by the City. If
we cannot accept the final plat application because of the state
statue limitations, we will accept a renewal subdivision
application for half the fee ( $125.00 ) and schedule you before
the Planning Commission meeting of January 17, 1989.
At any rate Denny, I wi 11 be getting back to you as soon as
possible to advise you of the City's decision. Please call me
if you have any questions on this matter.
