list is enclosed simply for your reference in case your septic system needs maintenance in the future.
Also enclosed is a fact sheet explaining your septic system and how it functions. Finally, an as-built
drawing is enclosed showing the approximate location of the septic system.
If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact me at the City Offices at 249-4600.

SUBJECT: Septic System at 1380 French Creek Drive
A site inspection was conducted at the above described property. It appears as if the existing
standard trench system has been altered. The two trenches to the west have been lengthened to
seventy-nine (79) feet. The two trenches to the east have been shortened to forty-two (42) feet
and thirty-nine (39) feet respectively. The trenches to the east have a setback to a rock retaining
wall of three (3) feet. The drainfield is still sized properly for a three bedroom home. There is
no record in the file of a permit being issued for this alteration. This change has also been noted
in the septic system inventory.
