Dear Ms. Pagnucco:
Thank you for submitting your reciept for the septic tank pumpout. Unfortunately, the City can not
record this a maintenance pumpout and add it to our records because the tank was pumped out
through the inspection pipes only. In order to be considered a maintenance pumpout, the tanks must
be pumped via a 20 inch diameter or larger access to the septic tank. This method would require you
or your contractor to dig down to the larger tank access and then pump, but it is the only way to
properly remove the solid materials from the septic tanks.
Please contact me at the City offices if you have any questions.
