This Office has received locate requests for :��,�tu r-t�•%,��., ��.���,� C'���•�
for the installatioi�/addition of an underground sprinlcler systenl. A pernlit is
required by the City of Orono for this type of worlc. A final inspection is also
required before bacicfilling.
A permit has not been issued for this project nor have any inspections been called
for. A permit application is available online at our website �wvw.ci.orono.inn.us.
The permit application inust be accompanied by a worlc plan and a site plan.
Please submit the requested information as soon as possible since no �vorlc may
commence until issuance of the peimit. If the worlc has already been done a
double fee will result and an onsite inspection must be ai7•anged inunediately.
