Road construction on Frederick has left a 3' drop from property to street.
Thinks that once we see the whole plan drawing that updating the survey won't be necessary. Survey shows
proposed house w/ HC 24.6% in the 75'-250'. He wondering if over in HC and pursuing is going to be worth it.
