Re: Escrow Refund
On February 5, 2007 the City received a $5,000 escrow from Minnetonka Custom Homes,
Inc. to hold a parade of homes open house at 3565 Frederick Street prior to the final
Certificate of Occupancy being issued.
On May 8, 2007 the City issued a Final Certificate of Occupancy. Please refund Minnetonka
Custom Homes their escrow of $5,000 and mail the check to: 3575 Tuxedo Road,
Minnetrista, MN 55364
The following supporting documentation is attached:
• Copy of signed escrow agreement
• Copy of check
• Copy of Final Certificate of Occupancy issued
• Considering the age of the escrow, Campbell Knutson and Bonestroo were not
contacted
• No outstanding amount on Subdivision-CUP Spreadsheet
