Re: Items Stored on City Street
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ingalls:
The City notified you of violation of City ordinance resulting from storage of items on the City
street adjacent to your property. As of this date, no progress has been made.
Therefore, the City must impose a deadline of June 5, 2000 for removal. If this deadline is not
met, the City will remove the items and assess your property for the cost of removal per Orono
Municipal Code Section 6.09.
