At the regularly scheduled April 16, 1987 meeting of the Board of
Managers , the subject permit application was reviewed along with the
following exhibits:
1 . Permit Application 87-63 received April 6, 1987.
2. Photographs and sketches of the area.
3. Two site maps for the area.
4. Typical cross-section of the rip-rap placement, received April 16, 1987.
The Board approved the permit application.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If
construction is not complete within one (1) year, am extension must be
requested, Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about
to commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
