The following is a summary of the meeting on the above referenced project.
Item Comment
1. Septic system is approved.
2. Per the City of Orono, rip rap is not approved according to the current plan. At the City's
direction, run off water from the north side of the house must either be released at the top
of the hill at the 75'-0" setback from the lake or directed with a swale around the east side
of the house. It could also be piped and released somewhere else on the site.
The owner has directed us to release the water at the top of the hill. Landform will be
supplying the city with plans showing this condition.

wide walkway to the guesthouse. This walkway will start at the edge of drive, which is
lower that the existing grade and meet up with a lanairg ihat wiii be na larger thar 32 SF.
The land will be sloped up from the walk to meet the existing grades as quickly as
possible.
4. Landform supplied the city with a stamped and certified survey of the lot.
5. Signed structural drawings have been delivered to Emerald Builders. Emerald will submit
to city.
6. The roof slope must be %:' pet foot according to code unless the structure can be shown
to be sufficient to withstand the load of ponding water. Structural to verify and Shea
Architects, Inc. to make changes as required.
7. Separate pool and irrigation permits are required.
8. R-values have been submitted to the city. If the city requires additional information,
please contact the architect immediately.
