Pizza oven, at 3350 Fox street backup switch for wood burning oven entailing the Exhsto power vent..
There is no Duel temperature control that has a range from room temp70-75 at off to the high range to tolerate 1000
degrees flue temp. Unless you can reference one.
I believe the best salutation is to install a smoke,heat,co detector wired to the security system that will sound the alarm
outside ,call the homeowner,if alarm is not disarmed . send emergency call if all others have not been answered, If power
was to fail it is on the backup generator.. This senser will be located 10'
from oven.
I do not know what could a better answer. Can You call me 612-490-5709 to disscuss Asap or Email a OK ..
