WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 1996
Members present; Mayor Callahan, Councilmember Jabbour, Councilmember Kelley and
Councilmember Hurr. Others present Ron Moorse, City Administrator.
Mayor Callahan indicated the purpose of the meeting was to review the performance of the City
Administrator. The Council reviewed objectives completed in 1995/1996. The Council
indicated the City Administrator's performance met the Council's expectations and reflected a
number of significant accomplishments. It was suggested that efforts be made to increase
communication with the Council to keep the Council informed of in- process projects and
activities. The Council reviewed proposed objectives for 1996/1997.
Based on performance meeting expectations, the Council approved a salary adjustment to place
the City Administrator salary at step 4 of the 1996 City Administrator salary range.
