WETLAND BUFFER EASEMENT
An easement for drainage purposes over, under and across that part of Lot 5,
Block 1, FULLERTON ESTATES, described as follows: Commencing at the
northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence on an assumed bearing of South along the
northerly segment of the West line of said Lot 5 a distance of 135.05 feet to an
angle point in said West line; thence South 16 degrees 29 minutes 56 seconds
East a distance of 268.54 feet to the point of beginning of the easement being
described; thence South 33 degrees East a distance of 46.00 feet; thence South
56 degrees East a distance of 42.00 feet; thence South 20 degrees East a
distance of 10.00 feet; thence South 58 degrees West a distance of 20.00 feet;
thence South 20 degrees West a distance of 20.00 feet; thence South 26
degrees East a distance of 25.00 feet; thence South 66 degrees East a distance
of 80.00 feet; thence North 6 degrees West a distance of 38.00 feet; thence
North 19 degrees East a distance of 40.00 feet; thence North 54 degrees West a
