Staff conducted a preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: 1. Certificate of Survey. Please one full-size copy of the survey dated 3-16-2016 for the permit file. 2. Site Plan &Construction Plan. The site plan submitted is stamped Not for Construction. Please submit two copies of an updated site plan. Also, construction plans appear to be updated to reflect the approved resolution, however the plan is stamped Not for Construction and does not reflect a recent revision date. �lease provide two copies of updated construction plans.
