As I understand it, it is his opinion that the City won't require any lot split application or process. I will simply need to provide the county with a lot combination letter indicating which tax parcels the remainder of Outlot A will be added to. He also mentioned that in order to do the lot combination, we will have to pay property taxes in full before the county will let this go through, so if we do this in the new year U.S. Bank will need to pre-pay some taxes. I think he was going to have you follow up with me. Is this an accurate summary of the City's take on this issue?
