We completed an inspection of the site improvements at the Maxwell Bay Estates subdivision last
week. All site improvements have been completed and are acceptable fi-om an engineering
perspective. We therefore recommend that the city release all financial guarantees being held for site
improvements.

We hereby establish our Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1622 in your favor
for the account of Lawrence J. Lukis and Donna Lukis for a sum up to but not
exceeding Fifteen Thousand Dollars and no/100 ($15,000.00) . C�,irrency is
available by your draft(s) at sight on Anchor Bank National Association, 1055
Wayzata Boulevard East, Wayzata, MN 55391 .
Drafts drawn under this credit must be marked "Drawn under Letter of Credit
No. 1622 of Anchor Bank National Association dated Januazy 19, 1996", and
the ariount and date of negotiation of each draft must be endorsed on the back
hereof by the negotiating bank.
This Letter of Credit No. 1622 expires on January 19, 1997, 3:30 p.m.
Central Standard Time at our banking house located at 1055 Taayzata Boulevard
East, Wayzata, i�1N 55391 . Drafts must be drawn and negotiated by this date.
Payment under this Letter of Credit is to be by sight draft accompanied by
documentary evidence attached for amounts which become past due. We hereby
agree with the drawers and endorsers, and bona fide holders of draft drawn
under and in compliance with the tenns of this credit.
To the extent applicable hereto, this credit is subject to the "Uniform
