I hereby make request for a legal address change of the following described properties.
Status: Existing residence currently addressed as 2920 & 2940 Fox Street. Our Planning
Coordinator has determined that we want to change the addresses with these two properties for
public safety purposes. The City is authorizing the change at this time because an error was made in
the address assignments when the plat was created.
