Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 208 - Premises Identification
Approved numbers or addresses shall be placed on all new and existing
buildings in such a position as to be plainly visible ar.d legible
from the street or road fronting the property . Said numi�ers sha].1
contrast with their background.
If such separate residential , commercial or industrial building
is so constructed that such numbering is not readily visible from
the street , then such street num:�ering shall also appear at the
street entrance to such building . ,
I have visited your neighborhood/area and found your residence
does not comply with the above fire code section . It is very
important that your address is posted so that the police and fire
department can locate your property in case of emergency .
