Attached is a copy of the survey, in two pieces. The survey is from 2007 for a proposed home permit. An as-built survey was not required at the time of construction, so other than using the survey for locating corner pins, there are items on the survey such as landscaping, grading, etc. that may not match what is currently on the property today. As- built surveys are now required for all new projects. As you can see from the attached aerial photo from Hennepin County the landscaping and hardcover appear to have been constructed differently and larger than the 2007 survey.
