www.minnehahacreekorg from the current plans, the praject proposed at the address cited
above does not appear to require permits from the Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District. Due to the size of the project, it does not appear
that the deck construction or remodeling to the single-family home will
involve the significant amount �f excavation (5000 ft.2 or 50 yds.3)
required for the MCWD Rule B: Erosion Control permit

Pamela G.elixt MCWD appreciates your concern for water quality and would stress
the importance of implementing the necessary precautions when
�ames Ca�k�ns excavating or stockpiling soils. MCWD requests that silt fence and

throughout the duration of construction to minimize any soil transport
