Due to the size of the project, it does not appear that the deck construction or remodeling to the single-family home will involve the significant amount �f excavation (5000 ft.2 or 50 yds.3) required for the MCWD Rule B: Erosion Control permit Board of Manage�s Pamela G.elixt MCWD appreciates your concern for water quality and would stress the importance of implementing the necessary precautions when �ames Ca�k�ns excavating or stockpiling soils.
