EROSION CONTROL INSPECTION REPORT

RE: Permit#08-329: 2640 Fox Run,Orono
The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)has inspected your site for compliance with the
MCWD pernut requirements. Dunng routine inspections on November 2,2010 the above mentioned site
was found to be complete and all disturbed soils were found to be permanently vegetated. All sediment
control devices(i.e., silt fence, inlet protection, etc.)may be removed at this time. We appreciate
your focus on water quality throughout construction of this project.
Please continue to include erosion control in any further actions within the watershed district in an effort
to ensure the quality of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed. Information about your watershed may be

On November 2"d the MCWD conducted a routine inspection of your site. Upon finishing the
inspection it was determined that all disturbed soils had been permanently established and the site
is complete. Attached is a copy of the inspection report. Feel free to contact me with any
