This letter follows up our email conversation regarding Resolution No.6460 and the filing deadline of
November 10,2015 noted in condition 2 on page 2 of 3. Resolution No. 6460 regarding a lot line
rearrangement between the properties addressed 2520 Fox Street and 2630 Fox Street is enclosed
herein for your reference. Please note, per our discussion Resolution No. 6460 remains in effect and the
deeds we have reviewed associated with the lot line rearrangement are acceptable for recording after
the November 10t''deadline.
