Dear Jeanne:
As we discussed on September 4 , I am enclosing an Assent
to Registration of Title for the Stubbs registration. According
to Deputy Examiner Susan Ledray, the road mentioned in the
Report of Examiner dated June 3 , 1991 is a remnant of the road
as shown on the plat of Auditor ' s Subdivision 229 . She stated
that the Fox Street as it currently exists, 66 feet in width,
would not be affected by this land registration.
You indicated that you would like our office to prepare
an Assent to be submitted with the Stubbs registration
documents . Enclosed please find the Assent which requires the
signature of the Mayor and City Clerk. Please return the
executed Assent to me, unfolded for submission to the attorneys
for the applicant .

To Register the Title to Certain Land . )
Being first duly sworn on oath, the undersigned Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Orono, a Minnesota municipal
corporation, hereby assent to the above-cited land title
registration. The City currently has a 66 foot wide road, known
as Fox Street , which lies to the North of the land which is the
subject of this registration. The road mentioned in the Report
of the Examiner, dated June 3 , 1991, in Item No . 4 (b) , appears
to refer to the original placement of the "Road" as contained in
the plat of Auditor ' s Subdivision No . 229 , filed with the
Hennepin County Register of Deeds on May 2 , 1929 as Document Na .
1538287 and with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on May
6 , 1929 as Document No . 85144 . Unless conditions , as issued by
the Examiner of Titles change in this matter, which would affect
the current width and location of the road known as Fox Street,
the undersigned shall waive any right to future notice in
connection with the Application of Lyndon and Lillian Stubbs .
